Inspecting Homes in Oceanside and Southern California
Went through the top rated home inspectors for North County. After reading reviews and such, I decided to trust Yelp and go with Kenneth.I was blown away by how competitive his prices were, I was able to get scheduled within just a few days.Kenneth's report was very thorough and informative. He was even able to take some pictures with his drone high above the property so that we can start planning what we want to do with the yard once we move in.If anything - Kenneth is a safe bet and will most likely be the most competitive price you'll find in North County.
I am purchasing a home in Escondido and needed to find someone who is an expert on what they do. Ken was on time and ready to take the challenge of this older home. Ken took his time to find what our naked eye cannot see. From the hidden walls of electricity, to the crawl hole space under the house, to the top of the roof. Invisible to us but not to Ken. I felt like I was in safe hands with Ken and highly recommend his thorough inspection and recommendations. He answered all my questions and pointed out to our local realtor what he had found. Pictures taken for proof. I will tell you I will feel safe to move forward. Thank you Ken for being flexible on our appointment. You are amazing. If there were more stars I would have made it a 10.
Ken was great performing a home inspection for my clients. I reached out to Ken on a short notice and he was able to accommodate the appointment. His price is lower than the competition and the best part is how he conducts his inspection. I was a realtor servicing the Bay Area for 6 years and my home inspector was hands down the best inspector there. Shout out to Reggie Wilson with Inspect Technology. I moved to San Diego and continued my business in the North County. I went thru 4-5 different home inspectors before I can say Ken is a good fit for my future clients. Ken made us feel welcome to follow him as he performed his inspection mentioning preventive maintenance, what he was looking at, and the issues he saw. Personally, I feel like I learn much more about the home when Im engaged and when things are explained at that very moment and not just at the end for cliff notes. What some inspectors dont take into consideration is that we dont just want to learn about what's wrong with the house but also what makes a house functional - we want to learn why this part of the house is built that way, the materials used, the different components, what's better, what to do when your neighbor gives you a stink eye, etc. You know what Im saying? My clients will be living in their home for years to come and to learn about the functions of their home and not just the issues are priceless. Ken made my clients and I feel this way. Thank you, Ken. Looking forward to the next inspection.
